Five!

Calla turned 5 today, and we have been celebrating hard for three days straight. She had her friends over for a woodland fairy party on Sunday, where there was much flitting about, wand-waving, and cake eating. On Monday, Calla celebrated at preschool and brought cupcakes to share. And today, she played with her friend in the backyard all morning, went to an orientation for kindergarten in the afternoon, and had more friends over for dinner. She would like the birthday to go on forever...

Every effort was made to produce the cake that Calla wanted
- with chocolate leaves and REAL flowers.
