Half-birthday

Happy half-birthday to Calla!

She was in bed by the time the half-birthday cake came out, so we celebrated surviving 6 months of the new life and keeping up with the smiles and laughs through the rough patches. Calla will see some cake in another 6 months' time...

Newer tricks include: (almost) being able to drink water out of a sippy cup, rolling over instantly whenever she's put on her belly (therefore, none of that pesky "tummy-time" to endure...), giggling and smiling non-stop, and finally, our favorite, waking up for 1.5-2 hours of playtime in the middle of the night. Looking forward to the next half-year!
